We are currently looking to fill the following position.

Receptionist/Travel Coordinator
Serves as the "face" and first impression of the company with visitors, callers, and staff. Coordinates domestic and international travel. Provides general office support as needed.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, accepting and distributing mail and deliveries, and maintaining reception area
  • Travel coordination
  • Trafficking shipments and deliveries
  • General administrative support

The ideal candidate will be extremely well-organized, highly proactive, a solid communicator, with extraordinary attention to detail and customer service. Successful candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. 1 to 3 years office experience preferred.
